Chubb is a global insurer. Trade press reports that it had filed generative AI exclusions by April 2026, and that it covers some AI incidents while excluding events that could cause widespread damage at once. We have not seen Chubb's own wording.

Insurance Business says Chubb, Travelers, W. R. Berkley, Berkshire Hathaway and AIG had each filed to adopt ISO's generative AI exclusions or their own versions by April 2026. It gives no states, filing numbers or edition dates.
