What this site is
AI Insurance Tracker tracks insurance products that affirmatively cover AI risk, the exclusions that remove it, and every dated change in between. Each listing links to its sources and shows the day we last checked it. The methodology explains how entries are chosen, checked and labelled.
Who runs it
The site is published by AI Laws By State LLC, a Wyoming company that also runs AI Lawsuit Tracker, AI Incident Tracker and AI Laws by State.
How we stay independent
- No insurer, MGA or broker pays to be listed, ranked or described.
- We do not sell insurance, give quotes or take commissions.
- We publish no star ratings or scores. Listings are ordered by date of the latest change, never by payment.
- If that ever changes, this page and every affected listing will say so first.

Everything here is general information. Policy wording, your insurer and your broker decide what is covered. Talk to a licensed insurance broker before you buy.
